Job Description :-

Hands on experience in the following skills:
Domain expertise in enterprise content management.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to pinpoint specific issues in hardware, software, server, network, desktop, database, browser, web server, application server, etc.
Upgrading Livelink including - Upgrading OS, Upgrading DB, Changing hardware.
Upgrading Livelink and modules.
Experience with configuring a clustered Livelink environment, multiple servers and multiple instances on each server.
Ability to analyze Livelink logs and other logs in a secure environment.
